IKONEN? is a true crime short film series I wrote, produced and directed for CRIME + INVESTIGATION Germany. The series is narrated by Harriet Kracht and tells solved but also unsolved, known but also lesser known, international as well as local German crime cases that celebrities got involved with in a multitude of different ways.

The Invisible Line is a feature documentary (1 x 60') produced for CRIME + INVESTIGATION Germany. I was part of the Editorial Team. It tells the story of Ron Jones' social experiment "The Third Wave", which served as premise for Morton Rhue's book The Wave, the 2008 German movie Die Welle and the German Netflix series We Are The Wave from 2019.
The series had its Pay-TV premiere on CRIME + INVESTIGATION Germany on the 19.12.2019.
GUARDIANS OF HERITAGE (GUARDIANS OF HERITAGE - HÜTER DER GESCHICHTE) (2017)
Guardians of Heritage is a documentary series (3 x 60') for HISTORY Germany. It follows German celebrities such as Hannes Jaenicke, Christian Berkel, Ulrike Folkerts, Aglaia Szyszkowitz, Esther Schweins and Clemens Schick on a journey around the globe as they investigate what can be done to protect cultural identity in times of war and conflict. I was responsible for the Production Management of the entire series.
The series had its Pay-TV premiere on HISTORY Germany on the 26.11.2017.
RUIN HUNTERS (WIGALD & FRITZ - DIE GESCHICHTSJÄGER) (2016)
Ruin Hunters is a factual entertainment series (6 x 30') for HISTORY Germany, which follows the comedian and history buff Wigald Boning and urban explorer Fritz Meinecke on an expedition to some of the world's most fascinating lost places. Throughout the series, I worked as Production Coordinator and produced additional online, 360-degree and behind-the-scenes clips.
The series had its Pay-TV premiere on HISTORY Germany on the 13.11.2016.
PROTOCOLS OF EVIL (PROTOKOLLE DES BÖSEN) (2016)
Protocols of Evil is a true crime series (5 x 30') for A&E Germany starring renowned German talents such as Uwe Ochsenknecht, Michaela May, Fritz Wepper, Detlef Bothe & Sven Martinek, re-enacting real interviews with infamous German serial killers led by the profiler Stephan Harbort. Throughout the series, I worked as Production Coordinator, rehearsed with the actors, produced, edited & directed additional online and behind the scenes clips, edited the scripts and took on several roles on set.
The series had its Pay-TV premiere on A&E Germany on the 24.09.2016.
GREAT POETS IN THEIR OWN WORDS (2014)
Great Poets In Their Own Words is a documentary series (2 x 60') by BBC Arts for BBC Four based around BBC archive footage of some of Britain's greatest poets. I received a Production Crew credit for my work as a researcher, production assistant and ocassional cameraman on the second episode of the series.
The episode premiered on BBC Four on the 14.08.2014.
Panopticon is a short film (1 x 4') that I co-directed, co-produced, co-wrote, edited & acted in alongside my Goldsmiths fellows Aigli Andritsopoulou and Giorgia Cacciatore as part of an excercise on Foucault's concept of the Panopticon. The film is a dystopian satire and was shot in one weekend on a single DSLR camera.
CHARLOTTE: LIKE SCAMMER, LIKE DAUGHTER (2013)
Charlotte: Like Scammer, Like Daughter is an unreleased and unfinished pilot episode (1 x 23') for a black comedy / mystery series that I co-directed, co-produced & co-edited alongside Laura Revell. The project served as a precursor for our debut feature film from 2015, Mosquito: A Fistful of Bitcoins.
